Affiliate School Agreement (Private — provided after approval): Covers referral links and codes, qualifying commissions, required affiliate disclosures, school branding, tracking, privacy, refunds, suspension and termination. It does not create employment or authorize the school to provide LearnerMiles coaching unless separately approved.

Independent Driving Coach Agreement (Private — provided after approval): Covers credentials, identity and insurance verification, scheduling, coaching standards, platform fees, payouts, cancellations and refunds, safety, confidentiality, data privacy, intellectual property, liability and local-law compliance. Coach classification depends on the actual relationship and applicable law.

Each applicant receives only the agreement that matches the approved role; both must be accepted before referrals, bookings, portal access or payouts are activated.
